Knight-Hennessy Scholarship just announced its 2023 cohort and the opening of applications for the 2024 cohort. The latest scholars include 85 new scholars in its sixth cohort, representing 29 countries and 38 graduate degree programs across Stanford University.
For the first time ever, researchers from Hungary, Malawi, the Netherlands, Russia, Sierra Leone, and Turkey are included in the cohort.
Knight-Hennessy scholars participate in programs that equip them to be imaginative, brave, and collaborative leaders who confront the difficult problems facing the globe while receiving up to three years of financial support to continue graduate studies at Stanford. Scholars from all seven schools at Stanford and from all fields are chosen based on their evidence of independence of thought, meaningful leadership, and a civic perspective.
